On the other hand with homing I think all MPCNC has the limit switches wired to (NC), in my MPCNC they are (NO) but you don´t have to change the wiring only change $5 to 1. I think its the easier way beacause if you change $3 you also have to change $23 ( Homing mask), this GRBL has 5 axis so each mask has 5 bits, you have to look for a new homing direction mask. Hi, you wouldn´t have to change my config, so I would restart all, reload my config, then move the jog, if some axis moves to worng direction then invert the stepper wireon ramps, with this you will have the same wirings conection than my machine. It does go the right direction to home for me though. I think I can invert the signal and they will work. Still have an issue with the homing cycle but am pretty sure it is the powered endstops. Wherever usage and handling of motion5 is different to original GRBL, this is described in Wiki. It supports ATMega MCUs running with up to 20 MHz and provides jitter-free pulses with a frequency of up to 38 kHz. My x Axis went the wrong way so I learned about the $3 mask. motion 5 is a specialised variant of GRBL which is focused on motion of up to five CNC axes and laser processing instead of milling. Some relearning curve for me to deal with but no big I had to change a couple things in your config. So… still no UGS but I cut the crown in CamBam.
